Below are some of the most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for please do get in touch.

All orders placed before 4pm should arrive with you within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you would like to have your order delivered on a specific date please specify this in the order notes section when checking out. Please note we can offer no guarantee of delivery on a specific date but will try our best.

Our products are available to purchase via our website which offers a safe checkout process. If you don’t feel comfortable placing an order online please do get in touch and we will process your order manually and send you a payment link via email or text.

We can cater for food allergies & food intolerances but please be aware that all of our bakes are created in a kitchen that handles ALL allergens.

If you have an allergy, intolerance, or condition that requires your order to be completely allergen free we will not proceed with your order and highly recommend that you source a specialised baker to bake your required order. A specialised baker is one that bakes and creates their items in an allergy-controlled environment.

Storage and shelf life information is on the individual product page of the baked product you are purchasing.

We use organic flour, free range eggs, fresh fruit & vegetables, belgian chocolate, British sugar, and many other high quality ingredients. We work with a number of local and national suppliers to source our ingredients.

We are always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce the amount of single use plastic that we use in our business. The majority of our packaging is recyclable or compostable. We are conscious of the impact we have on the planet, but we have to balance our impact with keeping our products affordable.

Delivery Questions

We deliver throughout the UK including Scotland and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries may take longer to reach Northern Ireland.

Our boxes do not fit through a letterbox so please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to accept the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.

We send products by Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been sent. If you have not received a tracking number please get in touch.

All of our baked products on this website include the cost of delivery.

Please fill in the your details carefully as we cannot be held accountable for missed deliveries due to spelling errors or incorrect addresses. If you notice that the address you have provided is incorrect and your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us ASAP as we may be able to rectify the error.  If your order does not arrive due to the shipping address being entered incorrectly, we cannot replace or refund your order.

If you are ordering 2 boxes of baked goods to be delivered to the same address please use coupon code DELIVERYDISCOUNT when checking out to avoid paying delivery on both boxes. If purchasing more than 2 boxes to be delivered to the same address please get in touch and we will place the order manually for you.
